If you're on our site and find the perfect piece, but you're not sure of your size, call us! We receive many calls from women who want to reconfirm sizing before they buy and we are always happy to discuss this with you. WHERE'S FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Active Creatures offers free shipping within Australia and a $20 flat rate shipping fee on all international orders. Delivery is generally 2-5 days from dispatch via our reliable shipping partners, including Australia Post and UPS.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT? WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Active Creatures we understand that you're buying clothing and that means that sometimes its the wrong size, or an item is not quite what you wanted. Therefore, we’ll happily return or exchange your item for up to 100 days from the day you purchased it. 

And if you reside within Australia, we'll even pay for a standard parcel return.

How does it work?

So long as your purchase remains in an unworn condition and with the original tags still attached, we are happy to return or exchange.

If you reside in Australia, we can get it done in three easy steps.

    1. The first thing to do is let us know it isn't a perfect fit:  via email: support@activecreatures.com or telephone: +61 1300 793 929.
    2. We'll issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (you need to receive this from us to get to the final step).
    3. Visit us online at Active Creatures Return/Exchange; enter your Return Authorisation Number + contact details, and our friends at Australia Post will generate a label for you to attach to the return parcel. This is at no cost to you, so there's no stress and no fuss.

If you reside outside of Australia, contact us (as per step 1) and we'll find the best solution so you aren't inconvenienced.
